Danny Douglas Cook

Danny Douglas Cook was born on January 29th, 1957 in Marietta, Georgia to Marion Cook and Lois Howard. He passed away on November 9th, 2022.

His life can be measured in the laughter and joy he shared, the strength he had to overcome so many hardships, the wisdom he instilled on his children and grandchildren, and the unconditional love for his family and close friends.

His generosity and dedication to family and friends were endless. As a son, brother, father, uncle, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Danny's love for his family was as close to perfection as any person could get.

Danny is survived in death by his six beloved children, Roy Cook, Danielle Howell, Teresa Cook, Robert Cook, Barbara Brown, and Andrew Cook; his younger brother, Charles Cook, and younger sister, Barbara Edwards; his nieces and nephews, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Family, friends, and others whose lives were touched by Danny are invited to the Celebration of Life services hosted by Pastor Steve Morrow at New Life Ministry Church at 311 North Main Street, Adairsville, Georgia on Tuesday, November 29th at 5:00 PM.
