Kelly Marie Payne

Kelly Marie Payne, 38, of Lilburn, GA entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 22nd, 2020. Kelly was born in Decatur, GA and was the daughter of the late Faye and Wayne Payne. She is also preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents. Kelly is survived by her loving daughter, Kyah Payne of Lilburn, GA, sister Shawna Tuggle (Jason Tuggle, husband) of Bethlehem, GA, Aunt (Gayle) Barbara Holmes of Decatur, GA, Aunt Martha Payne of Rockmart, GA, niece Avery Tuggle, and many loving relatives and friends. Kelly was a long time employee of Waffle House Corporation. She was Georgia proud and represented her GA. Bulldogs and Atlanta Falcons. Kelly will be greatly missed. She was a loving mother, sister, and friend. The world is a little bit darker without her.
