Sandra Lee Short

Sandra Lee Short, 78, of Ranger, GA went to Heaven on Mother’s Day, May 08, 2022. She was born in Xenia, OH and was the daughter of the late Harold and Bessie Winkle. Mrs. Short was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Short; daughter, Cora Biddy; grandchildren, Kyle Logan, Naleigha Logan & Cooper McArthur. Mrs. Short was a civil Airforce Defense of Logistics Agency Clerk beginning her career at Wright Patterson AFB and continued it at Dobbins AFB beginning in 1973. She worked there until the time of her retirement in 1996. Sandra was a loving and wonderful wife, mother, nana and grandnana.  She will be greatly missed until we meet again in Heaven.   She leaves behind daughters, Jennifer Durham (Doug), Christina Chapman (Bob) & Twila Knowles (Jere); grandchildren, Kerri Gauna (Anthony), Justin Chapman (Emily), Luke Logan (Haley), Shannon McArthur (Brandon), Leigha Kelcourse (Jay) & Mark Logan (Destiny) and 13 Great Grandchildren Services will be held at White Graves Baptist Church in Ranger, GA at 2 PM on Thursday, May 12, 2022. Mrs. Shorts Grandson, Pastor N. Luke Logan will be Presiding
