Angie

Carolyn Angeline Lackey ("Angie"), age 79, was born July 18, 1943 in Savannah, GA, but spent most of her life in the Atlanta area. Angie was a very spiritual lady and relied on her faith for guidance. She died on December, 25, 2022. Angie was preceded in death by her parents: Charles Thomas Lackey, Euna Wright Lackey, brother Larry Edward Lackey, niece Kimberly Lackey and sister-in-law Cindy Peek Lackey.

Her Surviving family members include her Sister: Sandra Lackey Butler (Stanley); Uncle: Stan Butler (Terri), nephews Jordan Charles But1er, Cameron Rice Butler; Uncle Charles Butler (Stacie); nephews Tristan Jonah Butler, Keegan Andrew Butler, Griffin Cole Terry Butler; Brother Tom Lackey (Sun) of Simi Valley, California; nephew Michael Dean Lackey, nieces Karen Christy Lackey, Jessica Lackey.

Carolyn's family is grateful to the loving care rendered to her by the staffs at Development Disabilities Ministries, Care One, and her church (Dunwwody Baptist)

Her Memorial Service is Thursday, January 12th in the chapel at Dunwoody Baptist Church, 1445 Mount Vernon rd, Dunwoody, GA 30338. Visitation: 1:30, Memorial Service: 2:30, and Reception at 3:30
