Anita Louise (Williams) Rickie

Anita Louise (Williams) Rickie of Canton, Georgia, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2021. Mrs. Rickie was born January 31, 1938 in Nauvoo, Alabama to the late James Williams and Edith (Moore) Williams. She was an Atlanta native but had lived in McDonough, Georgia for the past 20 years. She graduated from Roosevelt High School in Atlanta, Georgia in 1955. She retired from the law offices of Grover C. Bailey in Atlanta, Georgia where she worked for over 30 years. Her hobbies included singing/karaoke, collecting Jade-ite glass, desserts, and a good Whodunit (murder mysteries) She was preceded in death by her Mother and Father James and Edith Williams; Husband Joseph Charles Rickie; Sister-In-Law Genevieve Williams She is survived by her Brother - James Williams; Children - Brad (Lisa) Tucker; Bridgett (David) Harrison; Brandon (Melissa) Tucker; Roxanne Tucker; Grandchildren - Earl (Erica) Shaddix; Alicia Tucker; Jake Harrison; Alston Tucker; Riley Tucker; Jaden Tucker and Lawson Reiff; Great Grandchildren - Mallorie Wiggins, Brett Wiggins, Ella Shaddix, Emily Shaddix and Camrynn Wiggins In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Wounded Warrior Project by visiting the following link: www.woundedwarriorproject.org
