Brenda Marie Lane

Brenda Marie Lane, 69, of Tallapoosa, GA unexpectedly, yet peacefully passed away on Sunday, February 19th in her home. The family is deeply saddened and shocked by her sudden death.

Brenda was born on October 26, 1953, to Billy and wife Bobbie Jean Cochran in Atlanta, GA. She was their oldest child and the only daughter.

Brenda was predeceased by her parents, Billy and Bobbie Jean, her brother, Bill Jr., and her beloved husband, Rick Lane. She leaves behind her two brothers, Barry, and Brian, her three adult children, Andy Wood, Chris Wood, and Joey Wood and her six grandchildren, Sarah, Abbey, Austin, Timmy, Brady, and Gracie and two great grandchildren, Emma, and Ryker.

Her family and dear friends will be holding a “Celebration of Life” for Brenda on Friday, March 17, 2023, at First Presbyterian Church in Villa Rica, GA beginning at 1:00pm. Please join us in remembering her beautiful life as a mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
