Carl David Joyner

David was born on Wednesday February 5th, 1964. He was called home at Kennestone Hospital on Saturday August 12, 2023.

David was employed by Site Mix in Tucker GA, as a concrete operator. Known as a devoted hard worker and valued by all that worked with him. He enjoyed watching the Georgia Bulldogs, and the Atlanta Braves. He loved his children and worked hard building a life for his family and he devoted much of his time to providing for his children and grandchildren. His kind soul and great sense of humor made his smile infectious and his laughter spread.

He is survived by:

-His children: Kimberly Power, Michael Joyner, Jenna Joyner, Charlie Buell and Eric Buell.

-His finance: Phenona Kimble.

-His grandchildren: Kirsten Power, Dylan Power, Allyson Power, and Skylar Joyner.

-His siblings: Brian Joyner, April Joyner McDaniel (Adrien), and Greg Joyner (Katie).

-His dad: Terry Joyner (Cynthia).

He is preceded in death by:

-His mother: Barbara Jean Blackwell

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday August 20, 2023, 148 West Main St., Suite 100, Cartersville GA 30120.  Friends and  family visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM with a memorial service to follow at 2:30 PM.
