Carmine Joseph Dematteo, Jr.

Carmine Joseph DeMatteo, Jr. (AKA Joe/Carmen) of Peachtree City, GA, passed into Glory on June 9, 2020 after a lengthy illness. His ashes were interred in his headstone at Leila Cemetery in Colquitt County, GA. He was born in Brooklyn, NY and was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Carmine Joseph DeMatteo, Sr. of Brooklyn, NY. He was also preceded in death by his beloved nephew, Dennis John Monahan. Joe is survived by his loving wife, Patti, and his children: Lisa (Tommy), Joseph (Janeen), and Ed (Lori). He leaves behind his much-loved grandchildren; Thomas (Tommer), Kara Rose (Rosie), Dante (Squirt), Jasmine (Jasmina), Bobby, and Jonathan. He also leaves his greatgrandson, Carson. He will be missed by his sisters, Rose Ann, Mary Jane, and Joyce and his Brother, Michael. His many nieces and nephews throughout the country will miss him very much. As will his best friend, Sammy. Due to the present COVID-19 crisis, we will not be able to celebrate Joe’s life in person at this time.
