Carol Ann Anderson, 74, died peacefully on October 7, 2019, after a long battle with cancer. She was born on January 24, 1945, in Dearborn, MI, to Robert and Elsie Wagner. She grew up in Alma, Michigan with three siblings (Robert, Joan, and Marilyn). She married Richard on February 8, 1964, and traveled the world with him. Her philosophy on life: No funeral. Cremated the same day. Sing my silly song and fight over my junk. Tell everyone what a wonderful person I was, never yelled at a waiter, clerk, or my husband. I was a natural blonde. I only weighed 120 pounds, the extra weight was clothing. Loved my family. Loved my animals. Loved my friends. The end. She is survived by her husband, Richard Anderson; children, Troy Anderson and wife Patricia of York, South Carolina, Shelley Anderson Mullins and husband Tim of Smyrna, Tennessee; grandchildren, Troy Jr. Anderson and wife Lindsey, Matthew Anderson, Erin Mullins, and Abby Mullins; and one great grandchild, Logan Anderson. She will be dearly missed by all. In order to respect her wishes, we are having a private celebration of life with immediate family. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice or Ovarian Cancer Research would be appreciated.
