Dale William Reid Rhoden

Dale William Reid Rhoden, Age 57, of Woodstock, GA, passed away on January 1, 2021 Dale was born on September 7, 1963, in Tampa, FL, and was the son of Eddie and Shirley Hicks Sr. of Pikeville, TN. Dale was a very talented welder and master griller. He enjoyed many hobbies over the years, including fishing, Nascar, motorcycles, collecting many, many treasures, and being a wonderful friend to everyone he met. Dale was a loving son, brother, uncle, father, Poppy, and friend who had a smile and personality that will live forever in our hearts. Dale is survived by his girlfriend, Kelley Collett; his loving family, including his parents, Eddie and Shirley Hicks Sr.; his daughters, Jessica Snyder and Maria Benitez; sons, Gage and Carson Rhoden; and his beautiful grandchildren Tristen and Trenton Sexton, Evan and Ella Helton, Kian Rhoden and Zoey Snyder; and his siblings Cathy Herrington, David Rhoden, Wanda Wells, Jill Powers, and Eddie Hicks Jr., as well as many nieces, nephews and other extended family. He was preceded in death by his sister, Melody Straum. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2021, at 2:00 pm at the Masonic Lodge located at 4497 McLain Cir., Acworth, GA 30101. A gathering with food and refreshments will follow the service.
