Deborah Kaye Fulp, 68, passed away peacefully on August 27, 2021. She was born June 12, 1953 to Orin and Evelyn Lipe. Debbie, known as Boo to her grandchildren, was a beautiful, energetic woman. She spent her days laughing and enjoying every moment with the people she loved. Debbie enjoyed crafting with her girlfriends, shopping with her daughters, and spending time with her husband and grandchildren. Her goal each day was to make people laugh. She was a true lover of life. Words that were written to describe Debbie by her loving husband and children were: beautiful, loving, kind, caring, grateful, fun, honest, happy, hilarious, enthusiastic, amazing, a mother, a Boo, a Grandmother, a Sister, a Wife, and Aunt, and One of a Kind. Debbie was loved by so many people. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Mike Fulp, her 3 children, Jason Clark, Katie Behrens, and Allyson Klusovsky, and her 4 grandchildren, Ryan, Quinn, Grant, and Hudson. She also leaves behind her 4 sisters, 1 brother, and many friends. This quirky, unique, amazing woman will be greatly missed.
