Elta Louise Everett Elta Louise Everett, 88, of Calhoun, GA, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2025. She was born on August 3, 1936, in Wichita, Kansas, and lived a life rooted in faith, love, and devotion to her family. Louise was a woman of deep faith in the Lord, which guided her throughout her life. She found joy in country music and treasured every moment spent with her family, who meant the world to her. Among those she loved most were her great-grandchildren, Eli Smith, Elouise Gunkle, and Jayden Casper, who brought her immense happiness and filled her days with laughter and love. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Hubert Everett, who passed away in 2007. She is survived by her children: Danny Everett; Robert Everett and his wife Cindy; and Tina Jones and her husband Scott. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren: Samantha Gunkle and her husband Brent. Brandon Childress and Jessica Childress; and Jay Casper. Louise’s warmth, kindness, and unwavering faith touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of her family and friends. Per her wishes, Louise will be will be laid to rest at Rolling Hills Cemetery in Acworth, GA, with a graveside service to be announced at a later date. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the love and grace she so faithfully believed in.
