Emily Carol White

Emily Carol Sanders White, of Acworth, GA passed away on September 1, 2020 after an extended illness. She was born on September 16, 1962 in Columbia, TN. Emily had a huge heart, a great sense of humor, loved the outdoors and was an avid football fan, especially the Tennessee Vols, and whatever team her boys were on! Even after the onset of her illness, she did whatever was physically possible to be a part of her boys activities and lives. She would travel wherever they were playing to be there to support them. She loved her family and her fur babies with her whole heart. Emily is survived by James Donald White, her loving and devoted husband of 17 years and her son Samuel Austin White. She is also survived by her mother, Polly Prosser Dodson; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Monica Sanders; brother-in-law David Ray White; nieces and nephew Jessica Sanders, Lindsey Webb and Cole Denham. Emily was preceded in death by her son Michael Alexander White and her father Robert C. Sanders, Sr. Emily was loved deeply by those she leaves behind and will be greatly missed. A memorial service will be held at a later date with interment at Rolling Hills Memory Gardens in Acworth, Services in the care of Leaf Cremations.
