Frank Reeves Blackton

Frank Reeves (Chip) Blackton 53, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at his home in Roswell, Georgia. Chip was born in Atlanta, Georgia on October 19, 1966, the son of Frank C. And Josephine (Reeves) Blackton. Chip was the loving husband of Shelli Renee and the proud father of Theo. Chip had a love for his family and was very proud of his family. He was a dispatcher for local plumbing company. Chip loved people and never met a stranger, if you met Chip you came away with a better appreciation of life. He was an avid bass player and had extensive music collection and loved sharing his love of music with others.
