George Earl Pomroy

George Earl Pomroy March 23, 1946-August 26, 2021 George Pomroy passed away peacefully with his family at his side on 9/26. George was originally from Biddeford, Maine, and relocated to Acworth, Georgia. He is predeceased by his father, Wilfred Pomroy, his Mother, Millie Pomroy, and his sister, Marsha Beaudoin all of Biddeford Maine. George is survived by 3 daughters, Tammy Pomroy, Pamela Bannon, and Patricia Pomroy. A Niece, Skiei Thorne. A nephew, Tim Beaudoin. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren-Emily Pomroy, Dorothy Ashley Burnham, Joshua Burnham, and Jarod Burnham, and 3 Great Grandchildren-Alex Freeman, Aubrie Freeman, and Adalynne Freeman. George worked for many years at Biddeford Textile and Twin City Taxi. George had a strong love for Dunkin Donuts Coffee. George enjoyed attending his local Senior Services center where he established friendships, enjoyed lunch and activities. A private memorial service will be held on September 18th, 2021.
