John Ellsworth Singer

John Ellsworth Singer age 73 of Clayton Ga was born March 28, 1947 in Savannah Ga, he passed away July 29,2020. John was born the son to the late Clair Jacob Singer and the late Edna May Singer In addition to his parents he was also preceded by his daughter Sarah Jane Ann Singer and 4 step children Joseph Montalvo, Marge Montalvo, Roy Montalvo, and Richard Smith. He is survived by his wife Mary E Singer of Clayton, and 5 daughter Margalena (John) Remington of Columbus Ga, Emma Singer of Westminster, Kathryn Singer of Clayton, Linda (Johnny) Ramey of Clayton and Theresa Stevenson of Clayton, 5 step children, Janice Brown, Pablo Montalvo, James Montalvo, William Smith, Joe Smith several grandchildren and great grandchildren along with his beloved service dog Lyric. John was a beloved father and grandfather. He was a Vietnam vet and proud to be an America and that he fought for our country. He was in the transportation business most of his life. He enjoyed being on the open road, making trips to and from Atlanta Airport was something he loved. Due to the pandemic our nation is currently facing the family will have a private memorial Sunday August 9, 2020.
