Kelly Patricia Millwood

Kelly Patricia Millwood, age 62, of Marietta, Georgia, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2022, in Marietta. She was born March 18, 1960, in Des Moines, Iowa, to the late Mr. Arthur Lee Shaeffer and Mrs. Patricia Lu Shaeffer. She spent most of her life in Marietta. Kelly graduated from Joseph Wheeler High School in 1978 and spent most of her career in magazines, publishing, and circulation. Kelly was an avid dog lover and co-founded the Pet Nanny Dog and Cat Sitting Service. She spent her free time with her wonderful dogs. She loved hosting family and friends for incredible barbecues, great music across decades, and card games easily part of the mix! She loved all major sports, and her home was the gathering spot where she could watch all the games. She is survived by her sister, Kathy Lu Longmore, in Marietta, niece, Ashley Marie Bruchis, in Denver, and nephew, Jack Dalton Longmore, in Atlanta. God blessed Kelly with kindness and a deep love of life. Her memories will be forever in our hearts.
