Kevin Michael Mottau

Kevin Michael Mottau, age 71, of Woodstock, GA, died Suddenly on December 6, 2024. He was born in Massachusetts on September 3, 1953, at the Cape Cod Hospital, Hyannis, MA.

He was born the fifth child of Pauline Jeanette (Varrieur) Mottau (known in Woodstock as actress, author and artist Polly Craig) and James Edward Mottau.

Kevin was interested in all things beautiful. He was a florist by trade. He struggled with life in many ways. We wish him peace.  

Kevin's father was a veterinarian which might explain the son's lifelong love of animals. His beloved cat was by his side when he passed on. It has been said that Kevin was generous to a fault, sometimes giving away more than he kept of any good fortune that came his way.

Kevin is survived by his four siblings: Carole, Gary, Jeanne and Rick, all living out of state. Among their families are six nephews, four grand-nieces and four grand-nephews. His family wishes to thank the management staff at Colbert Square for their continuous support.
