Linda Rae Love

Linda Rae Love was born in Charlevoix, Michigan, on April 6th, 1948. She was the daughter of the late William & Annie Lundy. She worked at Northern Fiber, then moved to North Carolina, and from there, she made her way to Maricopa, Arizona, and worked at a Safeway until she retired. In 2020 her daughter Kathy moved her to Georgia to be closer to family. She enjoyed spending time with her kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids, with whom she loved caring for her garden and feeding squirrels. She loved spending her days with her animals and garden. In August 2020, She was diagnosed with stage 3b metazoic ovarian cancer. She battled that until November 2022. Linda passed away on November 11th, 2022, at her home in Rocky Face, GA, with family by her side. She was preceded in death by her parents Annie & William Lundy, brother Bill Lundy, and many aunts and uncles. She is survived by Brother, Dave & his wife, Dev Lundy; Mary DeRiddler & George Walker, Sister-in-law Joyce Lundy; daughter, Patty & Husband, Mark Holtrust; Son, Mike & his wife Elaine Love; daughter, Marilyn & her husband, Frank Roberts, Daughter Kathy & her husband Jonathan Culbertson, five nieces, seven nephews, 13 grandkids, and eight great grandkids. Her memorial service will be held December 3rd, 2022, at 3:00 PM at Fellowship Bible Church in Dalton, GA.
