Lonnie Lawrence Tumlin

Lonnie Lawrence Tumlin, age 75 passed away on April 5th, 2023.

He was born December 20th, 1947 in Atlanta, Ga and was the son of the late Lonnie Tumlin and Lula Mae Plunkett.

Lonnie was employed by numerous companies under the Local 72 Plumbers and Steam Fitters Union. At his time of retirement his title was Superintendent. His favorite hobbies were hunting and fishing. He also loved to dance.

Lonnie will be missed by family and many friends.

Lonnie is survived by his wife of 17 years, Sharon, his brother David, sister Libby Spencer (Dale), son Lee (Teri), daughter Misty Timbs (Greg), stepdaughter Brittany Hubbard (Patrick), grandchildren Jordan, Dalton, Devin, Mason, Justin Timbs (Lindsay), step grandchildren Alyssa, Rylan, Adelynn, Ansley and great grandchildren Weston and Laikyn. He will also be missed by his two dogs Morgan and Velvet, as well as numerous nieces and nephews

Lonnie is being cremated and has requested no Funeral or Memorial. If you wish, you may donate to Alzheimer’s Association in Lonnie’s memory.
