Lucille Agnes Zuccaro

Lucille Agnes Zuccaro of Buford, GA passed away on Wednesday, November 15th, 2023, at the age of 78. Lucille was born to the late Robert and Elizabeth Mielczarski in Detroit, MI on December 28th, 1944.

Lucille was a graduate of St. Cyril High School in Detroit. She later worked at Northeast Catholic Credit Union and then at Honigman, Miller, Schwartz and Cohn law firm as a billing clerk for the balance of her career. After her retirement, she moved to Georgia in 2013 where she spent the remainder of her life in the company and care of relocated family. She enjoyed traveling, fine dining, and spending time with family and friends, particularly during her annual return trips to her home state of Michigan.

Lucille was a loving and devoted mother and she is survived by her children, Mark Zuccaro, James Zuccaro, and Marie (Donald) White and her three grandchildren, Charlie, Michael, and Abigail. She is also survived by her sister Elizabeth (Donald) Cipielewski. Lucille is preceded in death by the father of her children, Vito Zuccaro, and her sister Francis Lloyd.

A memorial service for Lucille will be held on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023, at 1:00 PM ET at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 6439 Spout Springs Road, Flowery Branch, GA 30542. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations are made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in Lucille’s name (www.komen.org)
