Margaret Ann Hall

Margaret Ann Smith Hall, age 78, of Conyers, GA, died on May 16, 2019, at her daughter's home in Newnan, GA. Margaret died after a courageous battle with cancer. She did it her way, refusing to subject herself to the traditional medicines which she believed would have killed her sooner. She enjoyed her life and didn't want to be a zombie, but wanted to be completely present for her life. She was an incredibly brave and loving woman, mother, and grandmother. Margaret was born on November 22, 1940, in Summerville, GA. She was the daughter of Willie Grace Butler Smith and Charlie Warren Smith. She was also a native of Rome, GA. She is survived by sons, Gary Ray Hall of Griffin, GA, Ricky Vincent Hall of Stockbridge, GA, daughter, Salina Ann Brown of Newnan, GA, eight grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. There will be no service held for her at her own request as she was honored on December 6, 2015, by friends and family at a living ceremony.
