Margaret Ann Phillips

Margaret (Peggy) Phillips went home to Jesus January 2. 2021. She is remembered with love for her precious smile. joyful spirit, and giving nature. She was born February 6, 1941, in Michigan to Shirley and George Chamberlain and moved to California where she grew up, and later moved to Georgia when Lockheed-Martin transferred her and her husband. Peggy loved the beach and searching for shells. She found Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, one of her favorite places. She also enjoyed bird watching, light houses, angels, gardening, and her family and new friends she made at Acworth United Methodist Church. Peggy is survived by her husband Lee Phillips, sons Daniel Brown, Todd Brown, and Daniel Phillips, brother Larry Chamberlain and sisters Doris Russell and Donna Kalberg. She also raised her to step-sons, Bryce Phillips and Darren Phillips, like they were her own. She also had eight grand children and four great grandchildren. She will be missed greatly by her family and friends, but just remember that God has another Angel.
