Mark Wayne Wagoner

With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Mark Wayne Wagoner on October 27, 2024 in Acworth, Georgia from an aggressive form of Leukemia. Mark was born on February 13, 1964 in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. He was known for his kindness and love of animals. He worked as an IT Project Manager.

Mark enjoyed trips to Disney, the ocean and the mountains. Over the years he volunteered with Boy Scouts, North Cobb Track Club, Trinity Horse Rescue, and Adopt-A-Golden Rescue.

He is survived by Paige Wagoner (daughter), Zachary Wagoner (son), Rachel Wagoner (mother), Anne Doyle (sister),  Angie Wagoner (former wife) and several cousins. He was preceded in death by John Wagoner (father).

A Celebration of Life will be held at Kennesaw Methodist Church, 1801 Ben King Road, Kennesaw, GA 30144 in the gym on November 17, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.  In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be made to www.TrinityRescueInc.org
