Randall Charles Goltz

Randall Charles Goltz, age 79, of Cartersville, GA, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. His greatest joy in life was being surrounded by family, and his legacy of love lives on through those he cherished most. 

He is survived by his devoted wife of 59 years, Nancy; his sons Chip (Mitch) and Bryan (Celeste); his beloved grandchildren Meghan (Kevin), Kenneth (Hanna), and Hallie Elizabeth; and his precious great-grandchildren Lyla, Memphis, and Clementine. He also leaves behind his loving sister Charlene and brothers John, Chuck, and Allen. 

Randall dedicated his career to Kennesaw State University, where he served as the Director of Administrative Computing until his retirement. Beyond his professional life, he was an avid golfer who found immense joy on the green with friends. More than anything, he treasured life's special moments, both big and small, celebrating them with his wife and family. 

He will be forever remembered for his unwavering love, quick wit, and the countless acts of quiet kindness that spoke volumes. Family was everything to him, and he spent his life with Nancy by his side in celebration of those they held dear. 

His memory will endure in the hearts of all who knew him, and he will be deeply missed.
