Robert Lee Addison III (Bobby) ACWORTH- Robert Lee Addison III (Bobby), 48, passed away on Monday, September 9, 2019. Bobby was born June 23, 1971, in Tampa Florida, the son of Robert Addison Jr. and Laura Brown Addison. Bobby graduated from East Bay High School in Gibsonton, FL, Class of 1989. He attended Brevard College and Georgia Southern University and earned his degree in Communications. At Georgia Southern, Bobby joined Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and was a dedicated and active brother. In 2011, Bobby met the love of his life, Sherry Ross. The two were married in Puerto Rico in 2016. They settled in Acworth in their dream home and began the many improvements that would create their beloved ‘Compound’. Bobby loved to sing karaoke in The Compound bar and was an avid fisherman, hunter, and chef. Bobby never met a stranger. He was a devoted father with a fun, loving soul. Bobby was a jokester kind of guy who loved life, family, and friends deeply. He will be profoundly missed by everyone who knew him. Bobby is survived by his wife Sherry of Acworth, GA; his daughters, Allie and Liz Addison of Woodstock, GA; his parents Robert and Laura Addison of Riverview, FL; his sister Leslie Addison Brown of Land O Lakes, FL. A service of remembrance and celebration of Bobby’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, Sept 14th at Momentum Church Assemblies of God at 659 Arnold Mill Road, Woodstock, GA 30188.
