Theodore (Ted) Wyatt of Alpharetta, Georgia passed away on November 3, 2021, peacefully in his sleep. Ted was born in Dinwiddie, VA on September 25, 1930. He graduated from Fosdick Masten High School in Buffalo, NY and continued his education at Buffalo State College. From 1965-1967 he served in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of the Korean War. On September 23, 2018, at the ripe age of 87, after examining the scriptures, Ted was baptized into Jesus Christ. Ted relocated to Alpharetta, GA in October 2019 after experiencing some health challenges. He had a deep love for his two grand dogs Maximus (deceased 2018) and Thor. He often traveled to Pennsylvania and Atlanta to take care of his grand dogs. Ted enjoyed sports, especially baseball, listening to music, watching movies, reading, and spending time with family. In 1997, he was inducted into to the Western New York Baseball Hall of Fame. Ted is survived by his sons, Michael and Mark, his daughter-in-law Sylvia, and his 3 grandsons, Christopher, Cory and Brandon, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and other family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lillie Mann Wyatt and Benjamin Franklin Wyatt and by his siblings, brothers Benjamin, Maynard and Dwight and sisters Vivian and Mildred.
