Ulla Elsa Birgitta Gardell, 92 years old, of Acworth, Georgia passed away on May 14, 2019. She was born December 11, 1926, in Norrkoping, Sweden. She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years Harry Lars Gardell, parents David and Elsa Andersson; sisters Stina Ringborg, Marianne Tornqvist, Ellen Andersson; brother Bengt Andersson and son in law Michael Damiani. Ulla is survived by her three children, Tom (Patricia) Gardell, Karen Gardell, and Kristine Damiani; her grandchildren Stina (Robert) Warren and Lars (Amber) Gardell; her great-grandchildren Lawson Warren, Linnaea Gardell, Bengton Gardell and Axel Gardell; brother in law Malcolm Torngvist. Ulla was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a devoted homemaker, seamstress, and weaver. She enjoyed bridge, games, cooking, gardening, reading and spending time with her family. She adored her two grand dogs Dante and Ziva. Ulla had a strong faith and appreciated the simple things in life and found much joy in the natural gifts from God. Over her 92 years, Ulla touched many lives with her loving and kind heart.
