William Jeffrey Johnson

William Jeffrey Johnson passed away on February 11, 2025, after a brave battle with cancer.

Jeff, son of the late Nancy Johnson Skeen and Leonard Wayne Johnson was born on September 16, 1960, in Nashville, TN. Jeff’s family moved to Atlanta when he was young and he grew up and attended school in the Roswell area. After high school, Jeff served in the United States Marine Corps. He began his career in the automotive industry and eventually moved into facilities management in the senior living and healthcare industries. Jeff’s interests included college football, travel, home improvement projects, socializing and all things that kept him active. He was a member of Sixes Church in Canton.

In addition to his parents, Jeff is preceded in death by a brother, Robert Leonard Johnson. 

He is survived by his wife, Sue McCue Johnson, daughter Summer Anne Johnson, sister Cynthia Lynn Jones (Roy) and numerous nieces and nephews who loved playing with Uncle Jeff. 

Memorials may be sent to Sixes Church or the Cherokee County Humane Society.
